Capable to Produce 2,500 Pairs Daily
Established in 1986, our company started with a very small working space. With great hard work and determination of Mr. Anil Agrawal, Managing Director, our company grew and currently has a working space of around 60,000 square feet with a capacity of producing 2,500 pairs per day.

Our company is a fully mechanized footwear manufacturing unit in the city of Taj, with the latest technology as per trends of the modern market. We produce quality footwear of all categories for gents and ladies’ footwear under the REACH regulations and using Tack Free constructions.

In order to meet its commitment of delivering defect-free product to its customers on time and every time, Transworld Shoes has engaged highly technically qualified personnel totally dedicated in keeping a check on the quality of the product. Right from the raw material to final inspection, the quality of the product is well taken care of. In order to enhance the process performance the ”Broken Needle Policy” is strictly followed, for which a record is maintained which contains the broken needles returned by the workers.

For process automation, we are using an intranet-based software tool for tracking the various production processes. A separate dedicated team is engaged which ensures the proper integration of the automation logistics tools.
